Summer Breeze Child Care Provides Before and After School Care to Happy Valley Elementary in Sooke School District 62.
Program Overview:
Summer Breeze Out of School Care provides a fun, flexible learning environment. We pride ourselves on providing a quality environment that meets children’s individual needs. It is a place where children can laugh, play, and enjoy their free time after a long day at school. Our program has limited structure as our philosophy is that children have spent the day in structure, and the after-school program provides them with the opportunity to make choices and provides a safe environment for them to socialize with their friends and staff for the last part of their day.
Transportation Service:
Summer Breeze OSC provides a drop-off and pick-up service to and from Happy Valley. The before and after school program runs from September to June. Full-time care is provided for all Professional Development Days, Spring Break, and any other school closures for an additional fee and is based on first-come, first-served sign-up. There is an annual bus fee of $100.00 per child.
Full Day Care:
Summer Breeze provides full-day care for school closures. These days include Professional Teacher Development Days, Spring Break, and unexpected closures such as Teacher Strike Days.
Cost for Full Days:
$35.00 per day / $25.00 half day
Drop-In Full Day Care:
$50.00 per day / $45.00 half day (Non-Regular Registrants)
